STRETCH AND STRENGTH
Thursdays @ 9-10am
A unique blend of joint-friendly, core-strengthening excersises using pilates and yoga techniques, as well as a complete dance stretch routine in a relaxing and mind-body centering atmosphere!
Feel free to bring your yoga/pilates mat if you have one!
Your First Class is FREE!!!!
Cost is $10 per class OR purchase a 10 class punchcard for $75 and SAVE $25!!
No long-term commitment. Come when you can, skip when you want!!
