COMPANY INFO

Company classes are for those students who want to compete and be very involved in dance. Company is generally geared toward students who want to put in extra time and rehearsals for competitions and performances. Expectations and demands are higher for Company students. This is a serious commitment for both parent and child, but also a very rewarding, energizing and fun experience for all those involved.

Each student must participate in a small group jazz class. From that point, you can choose what other classes you would like to participate in. The options are: Large Group Jazz, Large Group Hip Hop, Large Group Lyrical, Large Group Tap, and Large Group Musical Theatre. You can choose any number of groups or just be in your small Group Jazz class. I will place students into the appropriate ability groups, not by age!!!

All Company Dancers are required to be enrolled in a Ballet/Combo Class which will include: Ballet, stretching, strength, and technique. Fee for this class is $50 and will run 90 minutes. All dancers will be required to compete with the ballet routine.

Estimated costs for Company vary depending on the number of classes you participate in. You will need to purchase make up, shoes, tights, accessories, entry fees, hotel and meal expense while at the competition. Costumes run at a higher cost as well as fees for rhinestones and other additions to costumes.
