Summer Beach Body Boot Camp!!
A total of 12, 2 hour classes will be offered throughout the summer which will focus on staying in shape, maintaining and improving flexibility, and improving both jazz and ballet techniques. Classes will be held every Wednesday morning from 8-10am beginning June 9th. The final Summer Beach Body Class will be August 25th, so please plan now to make sure you get all of your 6 classes in!! 6-Class Punchcards can be purchased for $100. (Required for ECSOD Company Students)
***If you are one who paid for 6 classes last summer and didn't make it to all of them, you will be able use your extras this summer! If you are unsure, please feel free to ask Stephanie or Miki! ***

Adult dance classes designed to fit into your busy schedule and your family's budget!
STRETCH AND STRENGTH
Thursdays @ 9-10am
A unique blend of joint-friendly, core-strengthening excersises using pilates and yoga techniques, as well as a complete dance stretch routine in a relaxing and mind-body centering atmosphere!
Feel free to bring your yoga/pilates mat if you have one!
HIP HOP WORKOUT
Tuesdays @ 8-9am
A heart-pumping aerobic workout which incorporates full-body movement and rhythmic hip hop dance combinations. This is also a great workout for your brain using memorization, opposition, and isolation of different body parts. Feel free to bring your tennis shoes or you may also dance barefoot or in socks.
Cost is $10 per class OR purchase a 10 class punchcard for $75 and SAVE $25!! Plus, a 10% discount is offered to College students!!
No long-term commitment. Come when you can, skip when you want!!
Classes begin in January, and continue throughout the entire summer!
