All students are required to pay a $35 costume deposit for each class in which they are enrolled. This amount goes toward their total costume cost for the recital. This amount is NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER OCTOBER 1ST!!
All students are required to pay a one time, $20 registration fee, due at registration.
Students are placed in class according to their age, ability, and experience. One or all may apply when placing the dancers in an appropriate class level.
Parents and guardians are not allowed in class with the students. Thank you!
Feel free to wait in the studio while your child is in class. All children in the waiting room MUST have a parent or guardian with them at all times. The ECSOD will NOT be responsible for watching children. THANK YOU!!

Label all of your personal items…shoes, bags, etc. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items

No street shoes allowed in the dance studios

Please use the cubbies for storing your shoes and clothes

PAYMENTS
Monthly payments are due by the 1st of each month or a late fee of $10 will be incurred on your account. Lessons will be suspended for accounts 60 days past due.
Automatic Withdrawal is also available. Credit cards are also now accepted.
Please place all payments in the check box with day and time of class written on the check. THANK YOU!
Two-Hour Parking is available on the street anywhere downtown. Parking in the bank lot is available after business hours.
All items will be placed in a bin. All items which have not been claimed by Winter Break and again at the end of the school year will be taken to Goodwill. Keep track of your stuff!!!
In the event that the Eau Claire Area School District cancels school due to the weather, the ECSOD will cancel all classes for the evening as well. Class cancellations will be posted on Facebook, email sent to each family and on the studio answering machine. These classes will be made up at a later date.

The show will be held at Eau Claire Memorial High School on Sunday, May 20th.
Dress Rehearsal will take place on Saturday, May 19th. Each class will be scheduled for a 30 minute slot at dress rehearsal. You will receive this information in April. After your class has rehearsed, you are free to go. It is a rather fast process on Saturday.
During rehearsal, you are asked to wear your entire costume excluding tights. Headpieces need to be attached to see if they will stay on, etc. You will receive detailed information prior to the show and rehearsal.

You are responsible for all aspects of class participation unless a class withdrawal form is received and entered in the computer. These are available at the front desk. Once we have received it, any refunds will be issued within one month. You are responsible for all fees incurred up to that point.
Tuition is non-refundable. Tuition is posted on the 1st of each month and cannot be changed after that date. Therefore, if you withdraw on the 3rd of the month, you are responsible for that month’s tuition.
Final date to withdraw and receive your full Costume Deposit is October 1st. After this date, you are responsible for all fees, even if not in attendance.
Each month, a newsletter will be available with all the month’s info. Please be sure to check the website or pick one up at the studio.

All lesson fees are due the first of the month. You may either pay at the studio, mail-in your payment or make a payment online.

You will be charged a late fee of $10 after the 10th of the month.
During the year, each student will have a total of 36 lessons. This will be split during 9 months. Some months may have 3, 4 or 5 weeks, but you will be charged a flat rate of $35 per month, as those weeks are evened out over the next.
All rehearsals and picture sessions are included in the 36 lesson schedule. You are responsible for all lessons whether attended or not. If the studio cancels a class, it will be made up at a later date.
Tuition is $35 per month. Tuition is non-refundable.
The costume deposit of $35 is non-refundable after October 1st. Costumes are discussed and ordered during October/November. They will be ordered with room for growth. Costumes may require some adjustments, as sizes are general! Balance of costumes will be mailed in January and due in February. Costumes will be handed out in March. Tights are included in the total cost.
All dance merchandise can be purchased or ordered at the studio. Order forms are located at the desk. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Merchandise cannot be ordered unless payment accompanies the order. Used shoes are available for purchase at the studio. Youth Ballet and Tap shoes are also sold at Payless and Wal Mart.
All returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. This will be added to your account. Balance will be due before lessons can be resumed. If a balance is left unpaid, the student/s will not be allowed to participate until balance is paid in full.
