ECSOD Company

ECSOD's Competition Team!

ESCOD Company is our intensive program designed to challenge passionate dancers to perform at their best - technically, artistically, and physically - through professional, focused training in ballet, jazz, tap, acro and more.

Ages 11-14: Saturday, May 18th 9:00am-1:00pm
Ages 15 & up: Saturday, May 18th 9:00am-1:00pm

Please join us for an Informational Meeting! Wednesday, April 24th at 7:00pm OR Friday, April 26th at 5:00pm.

Time Commitment
Time commitment varies depending on the dancer's age and level. As a beginner, just starting out in our Mini or Petite program, you can expect to be in class for approximately 3 hours per week. This can increase to a maximum of approximately 7 hours per week as age and level also increase.

Performances & Competitions
Company dancers are required to perform at various community events and shows throughout the season. Members will also attend 3 dance competitions in the spring. Dancers and a parent are required to travel to each competition, which is typically located within 200 miles of Eau Claire. Expectations and involvement are also increased for Company dancers at our ECSOD show in May/June.

Summer Requirements
All Company dancers are required to purchase our unlimited company summer intensive package. Dancers receive training in ballet, jazz, tap, and acro and also receive unlimited drop-in classes, workshops, master classes, and a reduced rate on our 6-week session classes.

Summer dance intensive classes run Wednesdays, June 26 - July 31. Dancers must log 25 hours between Wednesday Intensives, Monday Drop-In Classes, and Workshops.

Dancers are also required to attend Choreography Sessions in August.

Cost
Cost varies depending on how many styles of dance you compete with. On top of your tuition, there are additional costs including, but not limited to, costume fees, competition fees, makeup and accessories, and a Company jacket. Most of these items are pro-rated and included in your monthly fee.
